Every year on July 3, Gloucester throws its annual Fishtown Horribles Parade. The name, it seems, has something to do with a tradition of parade grotesquerie, but a more literal interpretation should not be entirely discounted. What this parade lacks in brevity it makes up for in mediocrity, men in lobster costumes and giant pink elephants.
